Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 July 2026  ·  CarryGo Dispatch Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the CarryGo application, website, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CarryGo Dispatch Services, a business registered in Nigeria with offices at 6 Zaire Crescent, off Mississippi Street, Maitama, Abuja.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CarryGo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. CarryGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information.

3. Account Registration

4. Use of the Platform

Customers may use CarryGo to request same-day delivery of items within our service area. By placing an order, you confirm that the items being transported are legal and do not violate any applicable Nigerian laws. CarryGo reserves the right to refuse service for any prohibited or dangerous goods.

Riders who join CarryGo agree to complete the verification process (including government-issued ID submission), maintain their vehicle in a roadworthy condition, comply with Nigerian traffic laws, and provide professional and courteous service to customers.

CarryGo acts as a technology platform connecting customers with independent delivery riders. Riders are independent contractors, not employees of CarryGo.

5. Payments & Wallet

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled by the customer before a rider accepts the job at no charge. Once a rider has accepted and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply. Refund requests for failed or incomplete deliveries must be submitted through the app within 48 hours of the order date. CarryGo will review all refund requests and make a determination within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your CarryGo wallet.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

8. Limitation of Liability

CarryGo provides a technology platform to connect customers and riders. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the CarryGo platform are the property of CarryGo Dispatch Services or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

CarryGo may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or any conduct we reasonably believe harms the platform, its users, or third parties. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@carrygo-courier.com. Any outstanding wallet balance at the time of termination will be refunded after deduction of any amounts owed to CarryGo.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Abuja under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap. A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
